However, there was a mention of difficulty in locating the bus stop, which led to missing a bus initially but was resolved with helpful guidance over the phone.
The bus arrived on time, and the driver was very friendly and polite to everyone onboarding. The sits are great and comfortable, and the WiFi worked really well. Some pitfalls: I don’t know why, but before coming to get us, the bus passed by the stop about 15-20 mins before departure hour without stopping though. I’ve seen him leave coming up to the stop, so I was worried for some time it won’t come back:) another thing: though it was supposed to be prohibited to eat at all, which is a bit sad:) I found some chips crumbs on my small table. It wasn’t too pleasant. As for other points, everything was great and comfy:) I’ll definitely consider this bus company when visiting Andorra next time.

The trip was horrible! First of all the name of the company is Easy West Eurolines, but not Infobus! This company is already kicked off from Ukrainian bus apps (including infobus app). And now I understood why. Just because the communication of the driver with people like with animals! And also, there were several dangerous situations on the road when we could crash... No words... Never will choose this company again!

I was 30 minutes early looking for the bus however on the ticket it did not indicate where the bus would be located. I did not see a bus with the company name and eventually missed it.

No, there aren't any power outlets or USB plugs on Infobus. If available, we recommend bringing a battery pack to keep your devices charged during longer bus rides. You can also bring a good book to pass the time during your trip.
No, Infobus buses usually don't have a toilet on board. Don't worry, the bus will make stops during your bus trip so that you can stretch your legs, use the toilet and get some snacks.
There are no meals or snacks offered on Infobus buses. We recommend that you bring some snacks and drinks in a reusable water bottle for your bus trip.
No, you don't need to print your ticket. You can board Infobus buses by showing your e-ticket on your smartphone, along with a valid photo ID. Your ticket will be sent to you by email when booking on Busbud.
