Book Rojo de los Altos Bus Tickets

We paid $28 for two seats that were supposed to be reserved for us, but did not get to sit until an hour and an half into the ride. The bus was crammed with people. It was hot and crowded. A terrible experience to be honest. Also, there was no indication or instruction as to where the bus would pick us up. It was also extremely delayed. Without the help of locals, we would have never known or found the bus.

The Nueva Central Camionera bus terminal is devided into several modules from 1 through 7 and far apart. It would have been nice if the booking information included the module number. I believe Rojos de los Altos was Module 7. It took me a while and a lot of walking to figure that out.

I went to confirm my ticket a day before my trip and the main office could not locate my confirmation.

I like the convenience of the app. Additional information could have been helpful. The bus terminal is huge with I believe eight stations referred as modules. By asking, I found out my bus departed from module 7.

The bus was on time with departure and arrival. How the bathroom made the whole bud smell and was gagging most of the drive.

Bus was wayyyy too hot and was even early yet still managed to a hour late
