RegioJet User Reviews
RegioJet receives praise for its comfortable and spacious seating, efficient baggage handling system, and overall cleanliness. Users recommend the service based on their positive experiences. However, there is a mention of an arrival point in Budapest being outside the station as a minor inconvenience noted by some travelers.
Train service is nice and pleasant but passport control is disorganised and takes too long

Bus was new and clean, bathroom was also clean. But the individually controlled air vents did not work, it reached 28 degrees at the back of the bus. There was no wifi, and the screens in each of the headrests did nothing except endlessly cycle on and off which was frustrating.

Location was not clear I couldn't find and we missed the bus I had to buy some other last minute train ticket

they cancelled my ticket in a short message. as a result i suffered losses as my res from prague was leaving on that day and i had to take a taxi for 400 euros
Olegs M.
I liked the comfortable seat and the distance between the seats. Did not like the lack of Wi-fi.

I had a very important appointment and your service sent message of 40 minutes delay and that could be more as per information and I had to buy ICE ticket of cost 62 euros which was before 31 and I unfortunately misses because i opted your service. Very irresponsible behaviour
