Megabus UK receives positive feedback for its punctual service and efficient luggage handling. Passengers appreciate the comfortable seating with USB ports, as well as the direct access to Glasgow Buchanan station. However, there is a mention of a bus being 15 minutes late on one occasion and an unfortunate incident involving a lost phone.

It was a freezing cold day the driver assisted me with my luggage and was very polite. The coach was very clean comfortable and warm. Also I was very impressed with the interior design of the seats.
