When I got to the location there was no bus to be found , and when a bus did come it didn’t stop and kept driving . Me and other people had been sitting outside in the hot sun , just for us to be left behind

I am a new rider, I don't usually travel via Bus but thought I would give it a try. I planned a 90 minute buffer in case the bus ran a little late but unfortunately the bus was almost an hour late. I missed the start of my meeting in San Antonio.
I also felt that given that the bus was "new" it was not clean. I sat in the front row on the 2nd floor and the surface of the bus where the hand rails are was dirty and with dried liquid like from drinks.
Users generally had a positive experience with the bus service, appreciating its quick and safe arrival. However, there were some concerns about non-reclining seats and the lack of USB sockets on board. Despite a minor breakdown that caused a 40-minute delay for one user, overall satisfaction remained high among travelers.

There was no AC on the bus. I had such a terrible experience that I got off in San Marco and ubered the rest of the way to San Antonio.

Despite the bus being late I really enjoyed my trip. The coach was clean and comfortable and the driver efficient and informative. The coach toilet could have been better supplied but overall I would travel with red coach again.
