FlixBus Tucson Phoenix recent customer reviews
Driver was friendly and competent, bus was comfy, pickup location was fairly easy to navigate. It was odd that the bus was a "Bee Line" tour bus (not the normal green FlixBus) and upon pickup, it didn't park directly in front of the FlixBus waiting area sign, making it further confusing. It also arrived at the drop off station about 20-25 min. later than expected. There was a rain event that caused a bit of a slowdown, but traffic didn't seem particularly heavy. As someone unfamiliar with the area and local travel times, I wish that the posted estimated arrival times (which I understand are estimates) would be a little more conservative so that I could be pleasantly surprised by the promptness, rather than frantically trying to re-book my next leg of transportation.

The experience was fine. My rating is 2 stars because after confirming my trip, I was told the wrong departure spot! I found in many places the bus was leaving from the downtown dennys, but thankfully the people who worked at dennys and saw me with my luggage told me the correct place where the bus leaves from, which was a quarter mile away! Fortunately I arrived early but I had to get a Lyft to the correct spot so that was financially inconvenient

Easy booking, boarding & clean spacious seating for the whole trip was great!.
According to customer reviews, there were no notifications about the bus being an hour late, which caused inconvenience for some passengers who had connecting flights. However, despite the delay, the staff was praised and considered it acceptable given that it was a late-night bus. Some customers also mentioned that they enjoyed the service overall but suggested updating the website and adding new movies.

Great staff, bus was delayed an hour. But considering it was a 230am bus this was actually just fine

No notification via text or email stating the bus was going to be an hour late. This set me back an hour and since the bus does not stop at the airport I would have missed my flight. I ended up having to drive and parking my truck at the airport which was the whole point of getting a bus so I didn’t have to do that. Had I had at the very least an hour heads up I could have made better arrangements.

Greyhound Lines, Inc. Tucson Phoenix recent customer reviews
Horrible experience. I got a notification at 10:30 PM that my original bus had been delayed by 2 hours, meaning I would be late for boarding my flight the next morning. I quickly rebooked for a bus that left a bit later than the original plan, but the morning of, I found out that the new bus had also been delayed by an hour and a half. I'm sitting at the bus stop, and no one knows where this bus is. It ended up being delayed by 2 hours, and I sprinted to my gate as they were boarding. If security had been even a little busy, I would have missed my flight.

The driver was excellent and I felt very safe with how she interacted with us. The bus itself could have been cleaner. The windows looked like they had been sneezed on over and over and never cleaned.

The good: Booking a ticket was very easy. The stations in Tucson and Phoenix were clean and secure. The bus left on time and arrived on time. The driver was safe and pleasant. Everyone on board was polite and respectful. The ticket price was very reasonable.
The only bad thing was that the seat cushion for 12D is very warn and uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced.
Based on 6 reviews, the company was rated 1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the staff and the timeliness but often complained with the ticket access. Limousine ticket prices on this trip start at $35
