Bus Tickets from Bellville to King William’s Town

I booked a bus for 18h25 PM, the bus did not arrive we therefore had to stand on another bus. It literally took me 24 hours on the road to get home. We had to change buses for each and every stop, we called the police they also were not able to stop. APMCWC drivers are very disrespectful and I would never recommend their services to anyone.

The bus came very late with no apologies or notification or whatsoever. My mother who is a pensioner was supposed to board at 19:25, but the bus arrived at 21:30. They took close to an hour to allow 9 passengers from Bellville to climb. The bus was full inside and in luggage cabinets.

I enjoyed nothing. It was 2 hours late and the admin people kept on lying on the phone. There were cockroaches. It was too hot and the driver never adjusted the heat when asked. The driver was reckless on the road as well while also being lost for about an hour near Plett. It was awful.

We had three hours delay on the road. The bus had no permit for Eastern cape rout

First they collected fees of the lagaugae with no receipt. And I have two dresses 2shoes pyjama's and loiletry and I paid 30. It was first

The bus was very late with no explanation given . My sit was not stable,the bottom was shaking. The drivers werel friendly and polite But there is an incident that we didn't like . The bus to Joburg which was also very late ,it's driver was a very rude guy. He nearly left a passenger because of her unpaid suitcase and the old woman tried to explain that she was not aware of this and she had no money. This Nigerian guy driver was so rude to her we ended up taking the case as other passengers because he shouted and embarrassed and made a show of the lady in full view of other passengers. The second driver Xhosa guy offered to pay for the ladies lagguage.

Very bad experience, am soo disappointed, the bus get stucked and woster we had to wait for the other bus and very same bus we were transferred to, the speed was over we almost hit the taxi , when we get to Queenstown we were transferred to a taxi that took us to our destinations
