ALSA Cartagena Seville recent customer reviews
Could not be more disappointed in the driver and information in the station. The bus was on time but we were refused service from the driver as the face masks we had were fabric and not medical masks. We tried to ask the driver if we could buy from him or the station and he was very dismissive, demanding that we remove our luggage. No compassion for our problem, he left us at the station. His behavior was disgusting and unprofessional. There were no signs in the station or on the tickets or travel information that advised medical face masks should be used so ours should have been acceptable. As a result, we have had to rebook a journey, costing another £100 and we have missed a day in our destination.
