Bus Tickets from Cusco to La Paz

Fabulous! The tour guides were great and gave the perfect amount of information.

Not the services fault, but we did not get dropped off at the end location. We were required to get of the bus and walk 30-40 minutes to catch a taxi to get to our final destination all due to a road block into la paz

There was a lack of understanding of American travel Visas in Bolivia. I was promised that we could pay my travel visa at the border, and then was forced to go far out of town to get the Visa. When we were having issues communicating and figuring out how to get the documents done as quick as possible, the bus staff did not provide us any help at all. When I wasn’t looking, he left me stranded in the middle of a town where I felt unsafe and the bus left without me.

Do not book this company, avoid and choose any other option. This company mid-journey made me vacate my seat as they overbooked at a later stop and then told me they put me on the wrong bus originally. They lied to me to get me to vacate the bus saying the other bus was here right now. There was no bus when I got off and they then told me it would be an hour. I refused to let them leave me stranded waiting for a possibility of another bus and whether it would even have the said seat. Their solution was to then have me sit on the aisle floor.

The chairs are great, the temperature was nice and the usb-port worked most of the time. It’s just that we arrived 2 hours later than the expected time.

The bus stunk so badly, they advertise wifi on the side of the bus and there isn’t any, also the USB chargers weren’t working for half of the journey

Absolutely fine for the price. Best chairs to sleep in and no problem at the boarder. No English but tbh I think that's a lot to ask

Nobody spoke English only Spanish. Benches were quite narrow and there was not enough leg space for tall people. Driving was quite bumpy.
