Bus Tickets from Faro to Lisbon Oriente

Bus was late. The bus was clean, airconditioning set perfectly, very comfortable seats, driver stopped for comfort brake, very responsible driving, well priced.

We got the late bus at night and it wA freezing in the bus and chairs very uncomfortable

Overall good but I must recommend some sitting and sun shed arrangement at pickup location in Faro. Bus was on time, location was accurate and overall clean arrangement

Good BUT the bus driver was all the time talking with somebody on the phone, I think the driver should not use the phone during driving 30 people on the bus!

The bus was 45 minutes late, the gps was off so it was bot possible to track it, nobody knew where it was. The driver was not friendly, and whe were going to Lisbon, not knowing there was two stops there, so we got off at the first stop thinking it was our destination, and realized while trying to call a cab that we were way too far from our destination, so ran back to the bus to ask where we were, and the driver was very annoyed that we asked to get back on the bus and continue the route. It would have been very helpful that the driver announce the locations since there are no other way to know where we are, and most importantly, to turn on the gps to help everybody track the location of the bus when the delay is so important.

The bus was on time and the driver was courteous and helpful. Our only concern was where to go at the airport. Several people thought the pick-up area was only for local buses so maybe some signage designating it as a pick-up area for all buses.
