Departed 1 hr late from Johannesburg. This bus had a blocked toilet and en route developed a mechanical problem. This bus had no overhead compartments for hand luggage downstairs and the charging port did not work. Changed from the Sleepliner to a Mainliner from Graaff Reinet to George after waiting for a mechanic who didn't arrive after more than a 2 hour wait. Mainliner also had no working toilet, was filthy dirty, airconditioner had a black plastic bag shoved in the outlet. Both toilets also had no toilet paper available. Food tray covered in chewing gum and food between the seats. The reclining seat did not work properly, there was no wifi signal for the duration of the entire trip. Then moved to a shuttle from George to Plettenberg Bay. Warm air coming from the ground, freezing air from the top. ETA was 10h30, only arrived in Plettenberg Bay at 14h40. Totally disgusted with the service
