Bus Tickets from Mount Frere to Durban

Did not enjoy the service bus what stinking because of the toilet please do better

I had the best experience,i was traveling with my aunt who just had a surgery bt the buy drivers drove so gentle as if they kne w,very good experience

The bus was more than an hour late, no message or call to inform was about that until we called. I first spoke to [Sahrah V]on watsapp who told me the bus was at the stop, just like that while I was there 20 minutes before the departure time. [Sahrah V] Took time to respond on watsapp so I decided to call and the person who picked up told me the bus is late and it was still in Qumbu at that time, what annoys me even me is that [Sahrah V] Continued with his lies on watsapp which I think he did not even check but just responded until he/she just closed the chat without me knowing. Very disappointing

I enjoyed their service and the bus arrived in my station exactly at 01:30 Am and also arrived in Durban 8 minutes before arrival time

I enjoyed because the driver was very friendly and bus have econ, charging point and comfortable sit the thing I didn't like they came late when they were departure me awaited almost 2 hours waiting for them

The service was good just that the bus was late with 30 minutes and had to arrive late at my destination

Drivers were friendly
