Bus Tickets from Potchefstroom to Pretoria

Bus was nearly 2hours late, 0 communication on what the issue was. Do better next time.

The bus was extremely late with absolutely no communication about the estimated time of arrivals, if there was a plan to divert us to a different bus since there was an issue regarding the original bus.We had to speak with the other bus drivers just to try and get an understanding of estimated the issue was and we ultimately had to ourselves negotiate just to get on board a bus for tickets we paid for ,totally unacceptable

My bus was delayed for 2 hours due to operational circumstances. Please fix the problem as it’s becoming an ongoing issue :)

I was disappointed by the time management, the bus arrived one hour late, and i had to call the office to check if it is still coming or not. But the bus was comfortable

I bought the ticket the previous day. When I arrived at the pickup point, the driver informed me that my name was not on the list. I showed him my e-ticket which I received via email the previous day but the driver insisted that I cannot get on the bus. The bus left me in Potchefstroom and I had to go back to town to buy another ticket from Intercape to get to Pretoria. I was on the phone with the helpline but they couldn't help me. The Excuse was that they did not see my ticket on the system.

The trip was delayed with two hours and wad not notified at all, but the call centre is very helpful.

Didn't enjoy anything cause I'm not sure if the bus even arrived at the stop.Waited at the station till I looked for alternative transport!

The bus were more than one hour late and had to be swopped in Johannesburg making my arrival more than two hours late

Tell us the right time.was at bus stop an hour early as the booking said 12 but it arrived at 1
