Bus Tickets from San Francisco, CA to Los Angeles, CA

The bus started more than half hour late. It was a hot day but the air conditioner was broken. It was scheduled to arrive 3:50 pm but we arrived after 6 pm. Besides, the driver’s attitude was very poor.

Driver was an interesting asian guy. No plugs for chatging on the seats. No wifi connection.

The bus was almost an hour late. It was not cold inside the bus, it was basically room temperature. The trip cost me 100$, which is 40$ more than an amtrak trip would have cost me. The restroom did not have hand sanitizer. The amtrak bus-train experience is a lot more relaxed and comfortable. I appreciated the 40 minute stop at a rest stop, but overall the trip was uncomfortable. And that sucks because I spent so much on the bus trip that I thought I would have gotten a luxury experience.

The entire vehicle was pervaded with the stench of urine from the beginning to the end of the trip; none of the powerpoints worked, hence mobile phone recharging was not possible; the bus driver was curt and unfriendly

We reached 2.30hrs late by schedule time and driver was just doing time pass. The bus was stinking a lot and very unclean.

The bus arrived 2 hours late; allegedly, the bus driver was still asleep. I know that delays happen at times, but this was truly sloppy.

The bus driver, Ray, made the entire experience. He was kind, diligent and drove safely.

Both of the employees that we asked for help were really mean. They yelled at multiple people and when we asked about our luggage they got upset when we asked for clarification. They told us that they would take our luggage form the train to the bus and when we tried to make sure we did not have to move our luggage she yelled at a
