The driver’s at Victoria we’re off hand and it was stressful getting from a late bus to Victoria-which had a very pleasant driver - to get on the bus to be growled at by the driver of the previous bus which was still in the bay. How did we know my bus was going to be just a few minutes later . Victoria was so crowded couldn’t get to loo and the loo on the bus stunk!

My coach arrived at stansted 2 and a half hours late, due to this I missed my flight. The coach was meant to get in at 5:30pm and it got here at 8pm. I have complained at the airport to the national express staff and they said to write a complaint online. I am very unimpressed and now have to wait on my own till 6am as a young teenage girl and pay an extra £200 for the next flight.
