How to travel from Kroonstad to Pretoria

The bus was 1hour 36 min late. The bus driver was very rude . The bus was not clean at all . The driving wasnt very professional. Never taking this and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Bad service, bust was 1h30 min late, no communication or courtesy. Bus did stop at the terminal, had to run after the bus at Ultra city

I understand that any car can have mechanical problem, however the management kept us waiting for 2 hours after the bus overheated. Just few kilometers from PRETORIA where there is a depot. It's so unprofessional and undermining the travellers who some where even late for work. No communication no apologies.

The bus I was supposed to board did not pitch. I rode in the intercity bus alternatively.

Elderly Passenger was waiting for the bus, but the bus left without him.

The worst, i called their callcenter to inform them im running late; the lady hung up on me & When i got there the bus was gone. Called again & the guy said he cant do anything, all i need to do is to book another bus!!

The Driver was very good and professional.

We were waiting for the bus from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm. The bus never arrived. After phoning inquiries we were told the bus would leave at 16:pm, that also wasn't true.

Once again Big Sky is the best I arrived in time and ready for work not even tired because of the comfortability I got in the bus and the drivers were excellent thanks to Big Sky team will definitely be your forever client.

The bus had a broken air conditioning system, imagine being cooked in this heat with a whole lot of people without even proper ventilation because the windows can't be opened , not to speak the fact that it arrived more than an hour late without any notification nor explanation !!! Really horrible experience
