The driver was friendly and travel was comfortable. Would be great to have an opportunity to book seats next to each other when traveling together (I was traveling with my partner). This was not an issue as we travelled with friendly co-travelers who kindly swapped seats with us. But would be great to have this re-assured via the system instead of asking people to change seats.

Travelling time 3 hours seemed to be shortest, but the bus was delayed 15 minutes! Very unconvient that the toilet is closed during all trip. I was not the only person who would have needed to visit the toilet.

I travel many times by Eva bus but last journey very bad experience. Driver don't allow a small bag with me. he told if I not put into luggage place he call police. Very rude behaviour. My important documents store in my bag but he refused.
