ALSA User Reviews
ALSA receives praise for providing a safe and generally smooth travel experience, with helpful drivers noted in some reviews. However, several travelers experienced confusion due to unclear bus boarding processes and incorrect location information. Additionally, concerns were raised about cleanliness on the buses and facilities at stations lacking essentials like tissues or hand gel.
Everything ran smoothly, with information up front. The driver and attendant worked hard to accomodate passengers and were attentive. However, the announcement before arriving at Nord Station was misleading in that it expressed thanks to passengers for the trip without saying that it will continue to El Pratt aeroport! I actually got off the bus believing I had to take another bus to Terminal 1! Thankfully, the driver got out and explained the bus would continue on to the aeroport.

We had intended to travel to Denia from Valencia from Bailen, but we couldn't find the stop so had to go to the main bus station which meant that we had a 2 hr wait as we missed the one we intended to take. Then when the bus arrived, the bus driver and a lady ticket inspector said that we had to wait for another bus and wouldn't let us board. They gave no explanation. After a while, when other people had boarded the lady came back to us, looked at our ticket again and said we could board. No explanation was ever given and we could have missed that bus too. The return trip was fine. We encountered no problems and the bus was on time and comfortable.

They refused me in the bus because of my luggage. No help and no diplomacy from the driver.
