ALSA User Reviews
ALSA receives praise for its modern and comfortable buses, with many users appreciating the cleanliness and punctuality. However, some travelers reported challenges such as unclear bus stop locations, coordination issues between drivers leading to confusion about boarding procedures, inconsistent seat assignments causing inconvenience during trips, and communication gaps at stations regarding delays or route changes.
I've observed that Alsa is very punctual. This is so important because sometimes we need to change the destination. The drivers are helpful and kind. They announce all the necessary information. Alsa seats are comfortable. And, this is a plus point in the favour this company. I'll surely will use Alsa again

Bus trip was fine but I found it annoying that some passengers had assigned seats and I did not. So I kept getting kicked out of a seat I chose.
