Customers have mixed opinions about the bus service. Some appreciate the swift trips, reasonable prices, and polite drivers. However, there are complaints about cleanliness issues, loud buses, shaky rides resembling earthquakes, malfunctioning amenities like washrooms and air conditioning units causing discomfort during travel. Delays in departure due to maintenance problems were also reported by some passengers.
Best bus service to and from london! They personally called me to let me know that the bus is gonna be 15 minutes late during a snow storm. Most bus services show up 30 min late during perfect weather and don’t even send a text or an email. I will use their services every time I need to commute to and from university.

It was great, only poor communication. We had an email sent to us that the location changed for pick up. The driver went to the original pickup. The communication should be to both, customer and driver. That was the only issue. Other then that it was all good
