The address on the ticked was incorrect. I contacted customer service, and a BOT replied instead of helping it was asking me the same question I had already answered, it was wasting the little time I had to make it to the bus station. Worst experience I ever had with an online ticket purchase. I highly NOT recommend this company. I could not use an Uber because I did not have the address where I was supposed to go. Eventually, someone from the street told me to stop a taxi driver and ask for help. Fortunately, the taxi driver knew and took me to the right place. Of course, I had to pay for the taxi fare. I was running through the bus station from one bus to the other to find the right one not even knowing I was in the right bus station. Minutes before the bus left I got there and I was told I had to pay extra money. Fortunately, it was only 2 Euros and I succeeded in taking the bus. Such a stressful time for me. My heart was pounding for a while after the bus left. Such a bad experience. This company should never sell another ticket till they fix their problems (write the correct address on the ticket and have helpful customer service).
