The staff did not assist us at the bus when boarding the bus driver ignored us and consequently a stranger who we thought was staff helped us on the bus placed and shoved our bag under our first class seat and with an accomplise outside the bus who was distracting us at the window by banging on it The other took our bag and robbed us right on this bus We were asked to take our other bags already under the bus off before police arrived and we waited for police... we did not make the trip and are still in process trying to get our passport...much work to cancel cards also.. yes it appears they were professionals but bathe staff and bus driver should have been more alert... or perhaps he is sharing our camera , much money and all my medication for my heart! We are out thousands or dollars because of them.. and much heart and many brain sorry
