Bus on time, however we just about froze on our 3 hour journey! Couldn’t control or turn off the air. A lot of the seats would not stay upright! Very uncomfortable ride. Bus # is 4108. Next time I would not use Pacifico!

It was a terrible experience, the bus “stop” is not located at the indicated spot. It is miles away from the plaza out on the highway AFTER the toll stop. There is no way to walk to it as indicated from the booking.
