The bus was late by 20min yesterday, and I didn't receive any notification in regards to that. What stressed me the most was the fact that , In Bloemfontein (Tourism Centre) Vilamora don't have offices were I can get an updated on whats going on to check in.

I booked Vilamora for my kids. When they arrived Vilamora buses office was closed. They could get assistance. I called their office. They said they will give new tickets and we will be able to use another bus. Which they didn't. I had to book Intercape on the last minute.
