The facilities on the bus were great. I didn't like that there was a show playing loud in the bus speakers at 11 pm

Rarelly happens that i sleep whole way through, really nice seats, pleasant journey.

Bus was over an hour late. On the drive the driver was a bit too fast or curves lead to some concerns.

The seats was very comfortable but the bus was very stifling and poorly ventilated

I tried to cancel the bus trip about 12 hours before boarding the bus due to the cancellation of my flight but there was no response and no help on the matter

Bad company. Changed our bus time. Lucky I checked my junk email folder 2hrs before the departure, otherwise I would have missed the message saying they had moved it forward. Seats were broke too.

It is a nightbus, and I was sitting up in the front of the bus and could hear the drivers loud music through my own headphones. Plus we stopped once every hour which woke me up every time. And I still do not know what the reason for the stops were.

On the whole, the trip was sufficiently pleasant. For the first 30 minutes or so, there was a fairly frequent beeping noise (from the bus, itself) which made falling asleep basically impossible. Eventually that stopped. Outside of the control of the bus company was the presence of someone clearly sick who was coughing for nearly the entire 8 hour ride. It would be nice if there were someway to prevent individuals who are obviously ill from boarding.

So much leg room and very large seats on the overnight bus with fully reclaimable chairs, I slept for the whole 9 hours!

Really comfortable seats, privacy curtains. Temperature in the bus was fine. Driving seemed safe. Punctual.
