I really enjoyed the trip over the Andes. The coach was very comfortable and efficient

Bus took over an hour longer than scheduled , not sure what the hold up or delay was due to. No English translation provided , no food or rest stops

Services were great. Great journey They should have told us that CATA requires one to check in an hour before departure.

I was a bit disappointed with the bus trip from Santiago to Mendoza. The boarding was not well communicated, and their was no indication we actually had to present ourselves to the Andesmar counter first, as all our booking info showed Tramat. Much better instructions about the boarding is really needed. The terminal itself is pretty crowded and this can make it stressful. We had the downstairs premium seats and these were comfortable. The ticket indicated TV and A/C were available. Not that I wanted it, but TV wasn't available, and the A/C only seemed to work part of the time. It got up to 28°C inside for the middle 2 hours of the trip. 2 hour immigration stop not much fun, but not the bus's fault. Didn't enjoy being hassled for tips numerous times on the trip, and also pretty disappointed to see the driver/attendant throwing their rubbish out the window as we were driving. The scenery was good, but I would definitely fly next time.

Loved the comfort of the bus. Email could have been more helpful by telling us we needed to check in to get physical tickets from the Andemar kiosk before travelling.

It was super comfortable, very professional drivers, including the help on the Argentina border, we made it safe and on time to Mendoza. Really good experience

The bus left only a few minutes later than expected and arrived about ten minutes late as a result of delays at the border. The bus itself was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The people at AndesMar gave me the wrong information and sent me to wait at the wrong platform and so I missed my bus. I had to buy a new bus ticket and got to my destination hours late.

Almost all was perfect, comfy seats, we were even sooner than expected. What we did not like is and I do not know if it is related to Andesmar directly but guys who were getting bags to and from the bus were annoyingly asking for propina. We were leaving country with no returning so even if we want to give them we did not have any. On the other hand, we paid for the ticket and luggage was included, I do not see any reason to give him something. Someone is paying him for doing that and if not, maybe time to look for job where he gets paid. Do not take it offensive but feeling is not ideal when we do not have any cash and he asks for cash several times.

This was the worst bus journey of my life. Simple as that. Sweaty bus with no space to recline or for your arms to relax. Journey that took 17 hours which was supposed to take maximum 8 hours. Spend an extra 20 dollars and fly instead

Good size seat with plenty of leg room. Drive felt safe and it was all on time, everything you'd need. Most importantly, the views. If you're a tourist I'd recommend it just because. The mountains are beautiful

Brilliant - staff were friendly and helpful, bus was on time, bus was comfortable, journey and views were spectacular! Very good value for money

The bus wasn't there!! We were at the bus station at the time on the ticket. But the bus wasn't there, nether the company was open! There wasnt antes phone number to contact. We had to buy another ticket with other company

Bus was good, as was the food and drink they kindly provided. They were very helpful at the boarder from Chile to Argentina. Only thing is that the buses don't actually say Coitram so was a little hard to find!

Don’t respond to emails. Buses operate with another name- impossible to find the bus

The journey said 9am to 4pm on my ticket and we did not arrive until 10.45pm
