The leito-cama seats were excellent. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom on upper level. Very hard to sit down on the toilet seat. The seat would spring up by itself before I could sit down. Bathroom was dirty and not kept tidy.

Thee best bus ride experience I ever had. Laying down comfortable was everything! The snacks, and the buffet stop was great. 10 out of 10

There was a bus rider who was on drugs roaming back and forth on the bus yelling and clapping the trip was an hour late. The Police also stopped the bus and asked everyone questions. The driver was nice at least.

Thoroughly enjoyed trip. Booked Cama and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Stopped for lunch at a clean and very pleasant spot overlooking a lake. Obrigado!

The bus broke down and even an hour later there was no solution. I had to pay for an Uber on top for the last 2h of the journey

Wonderful experience! Booked the "leito cama" which was definitely worth it! Very comfortable seats with window curtains and enjoyed the ride. The bus left pretty much on time for 6am and arrived right on time 1230pm. Loved it! Would recommend.

Lovely seat, 55, left, 20 minutes late, that's fine. Some where on the way, we seemed to leave the main road, stopped somewhere isolated, no sign of other vehicles or houses for an hour. Moved on very winding roads. Arrived Rio 3 Hours late. 1.30 in the morning, what happened??

Arrived on time, very clean. Polite staff. Air conditioning was a little too cold.

I really liked the bed options. The beds are very comfortable. What I didn’t like was that the seats and blankets smelled dirty.

Bus arrived 40mins late at São Paulo to pick us up and then arrived at Rio bus station 3hours later and would not let passengers off midway when people walking was quicker

The bus itself was great. We purchased the seats that lie flat, and they were very comfortable. We stopped at a nice place for lunch. The bus felt safe and clean. The worst part was figuring out how to get on the bus. There was no platform on our ticket and no one seemed to be able to help us find it when the pin was not in the right spot. The bus was, thankfully, 40 minutes late, and it was truly a miracle we got on it. We ran around the bus terminal and were quite sweaty and stressed when we finally got on the bus.

I liked that it was safe and the driver drove safely. What I disliked is that there was a delay in the beginning causing my arrival to be late

THIS IS THE WORST BUS EXPERIENCE EVER. First of all, the bus that I’m going to take supposedly didn’t arrive yet and will be late for a few hours. What they did is that they transferred me to another bus. I prefer the window seat but they literally just put me to a last available seat. The guy handling the tickets was nice but I felt kinda discriminated. Basically, me and another set of locals were on the same bus time and I lined FIRST but then the guy let the locals came through first.

The bus didn’t arrive, your office didn’t work and Admantine’s support chat didn’t work either.

Overall good service. Super friendly conductor, very professional, but we left late both from Sao Paulo and from the stop we did on the way to Rio.

I was impressed by this whole experience! The bus was brand new, very clean and the stop for lunch was delicious. I would def use this company again. Also the seats were very comfy too!!

The trip was very comfortable. Staff and fellow passengers were helpful because of problems with language. Negatives the busy left late . Approx 50 minutes was spent at the half way stop . The traffic was heavy coming into Rio de Janeiro . Plan ahead . Using Uber from the bus terminus to the hotel was very easy as the Uber signs were well displayed

The bus arrived and departed on time. The driver was kind, and the fully reclining seats were very comfortable. Additionally, pillows and blankets were provided, and lunch was included, making for a very satisfying experience.

Everything was fine for the most part except the bus had a really bad smell the whole time

The chair was very comfortable and the cabin temperature was just. The drivers and crew were pleasant and helpful

Seat does not become flat like a regular bed, but it is convenient enough for a night trip. There was no toilet on the bus, but one 30 min stop was made on the way from SP to Rio. We departed on time but arrived 30 min later than expected.

Comfortable bus but 2 And a half hours late arriving I accept delays yes. But 2.5 hours cost us. 200 brl because of hotel late entry policy

Everything was very good

Comfy bus, ran roughly to time with only one 30minute stop. However, this time it was the passengers that delayed us spending an extra 15minutes in the terminal. No one seems to mind or say anything
