How to travel from Montreal to Ottawa

I have mobility problems, the not at YUL gave wrong info as to where to catch the bus, by the time I reached it, it had few seats. Perhaps some handicap specific seats at the front

The seats were conjested. I felt pressed against the copassenger. Rough driving. The driver was not bilingual and also impolite.

The services of Orleans Express is better delivered than most airlines. It was prompt, comfortable and good value for money. But the WiFi needs improvement.

The bus driver seemed agitated that I was talking English even though this was a bus that is going to Ottawa and a company that offers travel services to other cities in Canada… there shouldn’t be an issue with me speaking English and I shouldn’t be made to feel like an annoyance for speaking it. Also, it was raining and the ground was completely soaked. The bus driver took my bag and the only other passengers bag and just put them on the wet pavement and didnt say a word. When I’ve travelled with Maheux, usually the drivers hand me my bag and are kind. This is the only time I had an experience like this.

The bus arrived on time, the driver was very professional, kind and helpful. I feel safe with his driving ability. The bus was in great condition, However it would have been a lot better if there was wifi available on the bus and if there were charging points where we can charge our phone.

Half an hour of delay but clean, a lot of space, coffee and snacks, lots of space for luggage and garbage collection

We were travelling as a family with 3 children and lots of luggage. The staff at the station and on the train were very helpful and we are very grateful to them.

The trip was excellent, but the delay was annoying, especially since we were standing waiting for the boarding, which was at 6:25 and did not take place until 7:50.

My overall experience was great! The tour company called me 10 minutes prior to leaving to ensure I was on my way. It was a small bus / 6 seater van vs bus. The bus company could have provided a little more of a description about what to expect when arriving, as I didn't realize it wasn't an actual bus and the traffic extended the travel but it still turned pit great

I was unaware that this trip would be in a minivan. It was packed with people in big coats with barely space. I did not get in the vehicle and bought another ticket on a proper bus to make the trip.

The driver asked me to clean up someone else's mess, stating that since I didn’t make it, I shouldn't have to. He insisted that I do it when I got off the shuttle, but I refused. When I got down and was walking, he called me back and tried to coerce me into cleaning the garbage, even though that was a seat I hadn’t even sat in. Eventually, another passenger took care of it and threw it in the garbage. I find it very rude for the driver to expect passengers who did not make the mess to clean up after others. It should be the driver’s responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the shuttle, not the passengers.
