I paid £40 for a direct train from southampton to brighton got off cruise ship with my son with luggage and bags only tp be told when we sat down that it was terminating at barnam and we had to get another train. We waited 40 mins and could not get a seat stood with our luggage in a dangerously overcrowded carriage felt hot and claustraphobic me and my son were squashed with people getting on at every station
