was a massive delay on the bus had to pick up people from a broken down bus on the motorway, then diverted to Heathrow Airport which caused us to miss mine and my partners event which ultimately cost us £60 which was a massive shame as the bus journey back was amazing, but this can’t fault the journey there. Will not be travelling with National Express again as very disappointed in any sort of compensation due to the whole bus journey, being distrusted massively.

50 minute delay. Was expecting to be home by 01.30 instead because of the delay, stepped indoors at 03.00. Exceedingly disappointed.
