The journey was good, the driver clearly let us know which stop we were at. Only problem is the bus depot in Cancun which is chaotic, there is an electronic display that only shows about half of the departures the rest are called out by whoever is at the gate and cannot be heard above the noise of the crowds.

Comfortable ride. Pretty much on time. Around midway through the ride, some video was put on the screen in front of the bus which was annoying. Totally useless since everyone is busy on their own devices and don't need a needless distraction.

We purchased the flight interruption as we were travelling from Canada. Flight and customs had major delays. Had to take 7:20 pm bus however we didn't get to bus until 8:50 pm. Was told we needed to buy new tickets. Very disappointed as we had to wait another hour so we chose to take a taxi. Customer service would not make any exceptions.

The bus is good. Departure and arrival are very close to the advertised scheduled time. My only complaint - they do not show which bus is the bus going your way. I've always made it, but must ask many times "is this the bus"
