Edouardo, the bus driver was prompt to arrive in Chiquila, extremely professional, and we arrived at the airport on time. He was helpful when I had questions about the airport and was kind enough to assist me as a solo traveler. The bus was also very clean and comfortable.

The journey was good, the driver clearly let us know which stop we were at. Only problem is the bus depot in Cancun which is chaotic, there is an electronic display that only shows about half of the departures the rest are called out by whoever is at the gate and cannot be heard above the noise of the crowds.

The bus is really nice & comfortable BUT we are having trouble in getting in bc of the bus driver AND we got robbed inside the bus going to Playa del Carmen. ALL of our cash got robbed inside our bag!

better to get ticket there, they will just not run the bus you bought if not enough tickets are sold and charge you for another 50% the price of another ticket
