Passengers have appreciated the pleasant and friendly demeanor of the drivers during their journeys. However, there are mentions that one driver only spoke the local language, which could be a minor inconvenience for non-local travelers.
The driver was absolutely awful. He stopped at one of the stops and told me I could go to the toilet, then drove off without me!! With all my luggage, wallet and passport. Not only did i not get taken to my destination, but my belongings were stolen from me. I was left stranded struggling to find another ride. The most horrible experience I've had in my life!!

It Was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. WE REVIEWED our ticket and it indicated we could travel within the 24 hr.window of ticket date. We decided to travel on the bus running 2 hrs.earlier. we understood if seats available. The driver was extremely rude and even collected additional fare above what we originally pd.for ticket. We had a charge card and American cash only available he made am embarrassing scene for about 15 minutes. Finally we exchanged with another passenger for euros. We will absolutely NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND THIS DRIVER DOES NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!

I showed up at the bus stop well ahead of departure time and confirmed with an ATVO rep just outside the airport entrance the exact location. When the bus did not show up I went back to this person and asked again and I did this twice because at 08:32 there was still no bus. When I went to speak to them the second time, that’s when the bus came and left (after only being there for exactly a minute!!). They had to call the driver to come back.

No, there is no WiFi on ATVO. No worries, you can use your time on the bus to catch up on some much needed sleep! You can also download your favorite movies, TV shows, and audiobooks or bring a good book.
No, there aren't any power outlets or USB plugs on ATVO. If available, we recommend bringing a battery pack to keep your devices charged during longer bus rides. You can also bring a good book to pass the time during your trip.
No, ATVO buses usually don't have a toilet on board. Don't worry, the bus will make stops during your bus trip so that you can stretch your legs, use the toilet and get some snacks.
There are no meals or snacks offered on ATVO buses. We recommend that you bring some snacks and drinks in a reusable water bottle for your bus trip.
No, you don't need a printed ticket when traveling with ATVO. Simply show your ticket on your phone along with a valid photo ID to board the bus. You will receive your e-ticket by email when booking on Busbud.
Only Certified Service animals are allowed on ATVO buses. Unfortunately, it is impossible to travel with a pet on the bus or in the hold of the bus with ATVO.
