Bus left on time and arrived early. Big comfy seats that recline quite far. Working clean toilet on board. Bus driver was nice and professional and helped people through the border. I’ve seen lots of bad reviews for this company and I was pleasantly surprised so wanted to leave a nice review :)

Bus turned up promptly. Comfy seats, lots of space and fast border crossing. But long wait in Calama - didn’t move for an hour after only driving 45 mins. Then had to change buses after the border to a less nice bus. Lots of stopping also. But then we did arrive early!

Assigned the last row seat which was significantly narrower than the rest, close to the toilet, and seat was broken and could not be reclined. Dangerous driver. Took a small muddy path in order to overtake a trunk but the wheels got stuck. Still not moving after an hour. All passengers needed to pay passing-by vans to get to Uyuni. That’s crazy
