Cruz del Sur is appreciated for its organization, reliability, and adherence to schedules. Passengers commend the drivers' professionalism and overall good transport experience. However, some users noted discomfort due to cold air conditioning and lighting issues during travel. Additionally, there were concerns about entertainment system functionality and luggage handling errors.
The seats were extremely comfortable. They could fully recline and had a lot of leg room. Temperature on the bus was good. Despite a language barrier between us and the staff in the terminals (us not speaking great Spanish and them not speaking great English), they still managed to help us drop our bags off in the right place and go to the right gate. The only criticism we have is that our bags came out of the bus very dirty, but that cannot be helped too much.

The whole process was very smooth, from booking to arriving at our destination. Check in at Terminal Cruz del Sur in Cusco was easy and the bus was extremely comfortable and clean. The reclining seats are excellent and the 10 hour ride to Arequipa was without incident. We arrived an hour late but it wasn’t a problem for us.

After having travelled with Cruz Del Sur 2 other times really successfully (Lima-Ica and Ica-Paracas) we were dissapointed with our Paracas-Lima journey. Not only was the terminal at Paracas unorganised with unprofessional staff with unclear instruction about which bus we were to get on, leaving a bad taste in our mouth, the bus arrived late to both terminals. We appreciate traffic is unforeseen but there was no recognition to the 90 minute delay nor was there apology. Only redeeming factor was that it was well air conditioned and had comfortable seats.
