Driver was very nice. Arrived on time. However the van was in very poor repair and (rattled and shook at high speeds) seats were filthy.

The ride was delayed by almost two hours and left us waiting. We had to obtain another mode of transportation.I will not be using this service ever again.

First off she was an excellent driver. Unfortunately, we had to wait an extra hour before we departed due to a late arrival. No control over that but there was no apology or compensation. Also, we were not pleased with being dropped off at Circle K. We drove right by our destination and then had to circle back in an Uber. Uber driver said he had never picked anyone up there before. Figured “we must have been desperate” he said. Great to have this service but changes need to be made
