The seats were comfortable with plenty of leg room but the temperature was far too hot. The bus stopped multiple times during the trip with no explanation. The terminus was supposed to be in Sucre centre but the driver dropped us all at the edge of the town because he was heading to La Paz next. They also allowed food vendors on the bus and did not label our luggage so it could easily have been taken or mistaken for someone else’s.

Bus station staff not super helpful. Bus staff were great but bus itself is very basic and not very comfortable.

Journey took 2 hours longer than was anticipated. The bus was crammed and small then we had to wait at the Chilean boarder for around an hour for the next bus to collect us. We then had additional people on the bus sitting on make shift chairs. Again super crammed, no aircon. Super hot long journey.

First of all, it was not the bus but minivan…secondly it we had to change minivans on the Bolivia-Chile border. Third, we almost missed the minivan, because the office was outside the bus station…
