Oladele A.
Our paperwork told us to look out for bus Bubus, or National Express or Green Line or Aviva. We were at Watford Junction 1 hour early. There was no useful information at the bus stops. We never saw the bus. Had to make other arrangements.

We were given the wrong information regarding where the bus was leaving from at the central bus station at Heathrow and subsequently missed our bus requiring us to wait another 1:15 for the next bus. We expected an express bus but the bus stopped at numerous places picking up and dropping off passengers.
