The ride was quiet and nice, but the bus came 40 minutes after they told us to be there. There was no way to contact them and we felt stranded. They should give a time range so it’s clear where and when you’ll be picked up.

The trip was a smooth ride the seat are comfortable the driver are very nice. The only downside was the bus I was on the bathroom door hinge would not stay closed completely so anytime we hit a bump it would swing open and slam against back wall loudly.

I didn't enjoy the check in process i.e. the luggage check-in. Then our route dropped us off over 50 minutes late, causing me to miss my train home. 😢 I like that Los Limousine is usually the cheapest booking price, compared to the other companies.
