They should use clean and nice bus. The bus should be used for local transportation not to Pretoria. No comfort but the price is the same as the luxurious bus coaches like Citiliner. Very noisy, because of open windows, no airconditioning, it’s hot in the bus and dirty. Never again riding with Mulaudzi with their old styled bus like Great North Transport Bus service in Limpopo. It was my first time using your services and trust me the last time also. The bus arrived more than 1hour late without even sending a message that it is running late. I had to call your offices to find out the whereabouts of the bus. On arrival, the bus driver was so unfriendly treating me like a nuisance and insisting that I must carry my big luggage bag inside the bus as I was clearly a problem to him. On arrival in Johannesburg he dropped me on the street and just say that the bus don't enter Park Station terminal in the afternoon. Never again will I use your services... It was not a good experience at all

I am very disappointed with the service I got, I arrived at the departure on time (30 minutes before), the bus got there late. No one announced when it got there and when I went to enquire I was told it left. The lady that helped me said they were gonna wait for me in Midrand, I took a meter taxi and was charged R300 to Midrand only to be told they left me and it was the only bus
