Munorurama used to be very good .this time i was so dissapointed.the inside of the bus is filthy dirty .cockroches evrywhere.not to talk about the dirty curtains.those curtains need to be changed after evry trip.and no aircon...the drivers were all good .

The bus was more than 12 hours late and this is not acceptable - were to reach Jhb by 12h00 and eventually got there at midnight and too many stops for individuals and wasting time - communication was not great as to why we were stopping. I would definitely not recommend Munorurama and gave me a hard time in Blantyre as my ticket was issued in Jhb and some or other internal issues so I had to go see the manager with my ticket and proof of payment etc... before they would let me on the bus. Service is totally not acceptable to me.
