Megabus User Reviews
Megabus receives praise for its punctuality, safety, and welcoming staff. However, several reviews mention issues with comfort due to cramped seating and temperature control problems like overly cold air conditioning. Some passengers noted the lack of power plugs and Wi-Fi as well as occasional communication challenges regarding stop durations or seat assignments.
Our bus driver was very upbeat and clearly wanted to be helpful. Signage for finding this bus at Yorkdale Station though... kinda abysmal... but the bus driver made me forget all about how annoying it was to be lost more than once wandering in circles looking for the stop. Actually all of the staff are very helpful. Which again was fortunate as it was very uncertain where the bus was actually going to land. Signage on the stairway under construction world Akari new handy.

The trip was calm and we arrived safely to our destination. However, we were an hour and a half later than scheduled. Even though we departed on time as scheduled. We spent a whole hour break somewhere on the way before Toronto, for another driver to take over from our earlier driver for the rest of the journey.
