It was not clear when I booked the bus that it was in fact a mini-bus style bus i.e. no reclining seats, small leg room, no wifi or drinks/snacks as advertised. However, I did not have an unpleasant journey, the border was fairly quick and we got Mendoza in just over 6.5 hours.

The trip was supposed to be around 16 hours. But it took us 22 hours to reach our destination. The bus had an engine problem and we stopped many times along the way to cool the engine. My experience could have been much more successful if they had checked the bus before the trip. And there was no possibility to charge the phone either, because the sockets were really bad
