I want to express my sincere gratitude to the amazing bus driver who made sure I reached Edmonton Airport on time. Her advice, kindness, and support throughout my journey from Fort McMurray to Edmonton on October 14, Thanksgiving Day, meant so much to me, and I am truly grateful. My overall experience with Rider Express was exceptional. The staff’s attention to each and every passenger was impressive, and their commitment to customer care is something I really appreciated. I would strongly recommend Rider Express to anyone looking for reliable travel. I also appreciate the feedback question about starting earlier bus services around 7 or 8 a.m. It’s great to see Rider Express thinking of ways to improve customer experience, and I believe this could add even more value. Once again, I want to extend a special thanks to the incredible bus driver—her professionalism and warmth made my journey memorable. She is truly an asset to the company, and I couldn’t have asked for a better travel experience.

The overall experience of our ride from Edmonton to Regina was satisfactory, though there are several areas that could benefit from improvement. Firstly, there were no assigned seat numbers for passengers. My wife and I were disappointed to find only aisle seats available upon boarding, as earlier passengers had already taken all the window seats, leaving no side-by-side options. Additionally, the bus was notably noisy throughout the journey, suggesting a potential issue with the vehicle's quality or maintenance. Considering the duration of the trip, approximately 10 hours, we anticipated at least two breaks of 10-15 minutes each. However, there was only one brief stop of around 10 minutes, which added to the overall discomfort and fatigue of the journey. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the travel experience for future passengers.

Not that much good my wifi was not working and there must be arrangement of seats like they should give an option to choose our own seats because the people who were together and families everybody is siting on different seats and even a childern booked window seats thats sounds crazy. Then another families have to seat differently because they don’t found a seat together

The bus was late leaving because of road conditions. Still got in on time. Would ride again.

It came late though. The divers were friendly and communicated well. Driving was great 👍🏻
