Rider Express User Reviews
Rider Express receives praise for its comfortable buses and professional drivers, who handle challenging situations with composure. However, some passengers have noted issues such as non-functioning amenities like Wi-Fi and washrooms, delays in arrival times, and concerns about luggage handling. Despite these challenges, the overall travel experience remains positive due to the courteous staff.
Bus driver between vancouver & kamloops/kamloops & Vancouver was very outgoing, polite & helpful to all customers on both my trips. I feel it would be good when issuing the electronic ticket to add a simple map with exact location of pickup points. I was 1 of 3 passengers who originally went inside of pacific station (VAN) before realizing the point was somewhere in front of the building. To locals, this may be ok but to tourists or non locals it can be confusing. Generally enjoyed my experience riding the bus on both legs of my trip & would recommend to others!

The ride from Edmonton to Saskatoon was smooth overall, with a clean bus and a good driver. However, my experience upon arrival was disappointing. My ticket was booked and paid for a stop south of Saskatoon, but instead, we were asked to disembark at the downtown stop. When I inquired, the staff member on duty offered me a “favor” by suggesting I take a ride to Regina instead, so they can drop me on their way, which made no sense. It was frustrating to wait in the cold with my two children for an Uber to pick us up. Reboarding another bus just to get to my original stop wasn’t a feasible option. To add to the inconvenience, the bus arrived at the downtown stop about 45 minutes later than the scheduled time. While the journey itself was pleasant, this aspect of the service left much to be desired.

"I was very impressed with the car and the convenience of having all utilities included. Beyond that, the driver's kindness and dedication to customer care were outstanding. It's a blessing to have someone like him representing your company."

There is no information about where commuters will wait for the bus . I was trecking all around the location without a definitive guide nor information of the bus

Everything was great except when the bus from Edmknton to Vermilion started having issues. A mechanic meet the bus and was able to fix the problem and we were back on the road and hour behind schedule. All good except the drive didn't let us know what was going on until another passenger demanded an update.

The driver attended well to me and the driving was a safe one
