The office in Uyuni was great, easy to check bags in early when we arrived from our tour of the salt flats and we were able to use the waiting area to share our phones and use the free wifi. The bus itself was really comfortable, the food provided was simple but tasted good and the attendant on the bus was lovely - we were delayed by several hours due to an accident that blocked the road and they provided updates and offered to help people who had people meeting them in La Paz to make any alternative arrangements they needed

Awful - had to change bus at 1am. Was only refunded 30 bolivians. When we got onto the second bus we were given used blankets and pillows

This company is incredibly ! we had cushion, blanket, and 2 meals included! It was super clean and the staff lovely. It was like first class traveling like in the airplane

That was very good experience. The bus company provided very professional service. As the waiting room is upstairs, the staff came down to help the lady carrying the luggage. A nice dinner and breakfast were served on the bus. Before arriving at Uyuni, the bus driver stopped at the nice spot where we can enjoy the sun rising. That was very well organized.
