First time tour express. Good conversation with the others. The only thing I did not like was the answer to my qyestion about where is the berri station for the NYC bus. The man directed me to a white light which was the old dilapedated Voyageur station. I was on the corner of Berri near St. Hubert. Good thing I knew about the location of the new station further down the street!

It was a minivan, which would be fine if the rule about not talking on the phone was enforced. Two people behind us spent the whole trip talking loudly on the phone even though it was written in the vehicle that it was not allowed.

Tour Express is an absolute garbage company. Instructions were not clear on when to board the bus and when called for to exchange a ticket or possible to catch next bus the customer service refused and was extremely rude.
