Book Tour Express Shuttle Tickets

First time tour express. Good conversation with the others. The only thing I did not like was the answer to my qyestion about where is the berri station for the NYC bus. The man directed me to a white light which was the old dilapedated Voyageur station. I was on the corner of Berri near St. Hubert. Good thing I knew about the location of the new station further down the street!

It was a minivan, which would be fine if the rule about not talking on the phone was enforced. Two people behind us spent the whole trip talking loudly on the phone even though it was written in the vehicle that it was not allowed.

Outstanding client orientation and communication

The driver asked me to clean up someone else's mess, stating that since I didn’t make it, I shouldn't have to. He insisted that I do it when I got off the shuttle, but I refused. When I got down and was walking, he called me back and tried to coerce me into cleaning the garbage, even though that was a seat I hadn’t even sat in. Eventually, another passenger took care of it and threw it in the garbage. I find it very rude for the driver to expect passengers who did not make the mess to clean up after others. It should be the driver’s responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the shuttle, not the passengers.

Excellent service, comfortable shuttle. The driver is very attentive, neat and fast. The shuttle arrived early and the departure was exactly on time

The ride was fine, but was supposed to arrive in Montreal downtown at 245pm. Driver had a stop at airport first, making us an hour late arriving downtown. This should be noted on ticket.
