Overall great experience. Chauffeur kept us at the border and begged us to give him a tip for helping with our luggage. He said it wasn't his job to help, but he wouldn't let us touch the luggage on our own. He kept us for about 20 minutes after customs had allowed us to leave talking to us and informing us why we needed to tip him as he walked down the bus with his hand out. This is not professional.

We got to my final destination an hour late. We did stop for mexican food as a bus, which was yummy, but I had no idea the whole trip had been thrown off at that point. My poor husband waited at the final destination in the heat for at least an hour. Having movies on the bus waz nice. The bus driver gave announcements in English for me which was really kind. The seats werd very comfortable. The restroom was as hot as a sauna though.

The bus is Good came one time but the only issue is language all most everyone speak Spanish. So inside the bus and inside office two only Spanish. But the driver was really gd and he speak a little bit English.
