Very positive experience.The driver was very nice, she answered all our questions patiently. The service was punctual to start the journey and we arrived on time to the bus station even when we had traffic to get into Madrid.

My only problem was to do with luggage. When the bus arrived at Moncloa, which is where I wanted to finish my journey, I could not do so as apparently I had put my case in the wrong part of the luggage section under the bus. If there was an announcement advising of this at the start of the journey, I did not hear it, and certainly when I myself put the case in, there was no one to advise on the importance of this. So at Moncloa, although I could see my case, the driver would not allow me to access it and said that I needed to travel to the next stop which was Sol. This added 15 minutes to the journey and was stressful for me as I was travelling alone and I needed to find a way to Chamartín to connect with the AVE.

Bus was on time, clean, and comfortable. I believe there was a "no cell phone" sign, but unfortunately that wasn't enforced. Other than that- great trip!

I thought I had booked a Madrid airport from Salamanca but ended up with only a trip to Madrid. There was no indication of the departure point The actual us company had no signage of the company I expected to travel with.
