The driver was one of the rudest people I have ever met. He blasted techno music so we couldn’t sleep and when asked to turn it down he laughed in our face. He also stopped half way to let 2 people on who slept in the middle of the aisle beside us.

Bus trip went ok, but missed my stop in Phnom Penh (my mistake as thought the bus was only going to PP) and couldn't communicate with the driver about wanting to stop, so ended up being about 10 miles outside city at 3am in the morning.

Bus service was OK. Bus terminal a bit out of the way, ended up taking a Tuk-Tuk to board the bus. I paid $4 more than I did getting to Siem Reap to be exposed to a better rest stop experience. Better food choices. Seats comfortable, bus in good condition, mechanically sound. A/C provided, no electrical outlets for charging purposes.
