Bus Tickets from Toronto to Kingston

I appreciate the service pickup at the airport. The bus driver was on edge, and drove with some rage . He reactivated aggressively to me when I went to open the luggage storage, trying to help because he did not open the correct one with my luggage. I did not always feel safe when he was driving.

The bus arrived late so passengers were rushed off and then we were rushed on to the bus without tickets being checked which felt odd. Also meant there was no airing out of bus or pass through by staff to ensure it was clean before we boarded. No clear, audible announcements about stops/timing due to the lack of mic/speakers throughout the bus but drivers did their best. Wasn't a new "FlixBus" but a random, ye olde weathered bus. My seatbelt didn't really work. We arrived on time and the drivers competent so that was positive but the price - $49 - didn't reflect the comfort/quality of the trip. This was a $20 ride.

The toilet was smelling allover the bus. The bus was smelling both pop and urine. At first I thought someone next to me had peed in their pants but half way the journey I realised it was the toilet. My stomach was very bloated all the way to kingston because of the smell. It was a very bad experience.

Worst. Trip. Of. My. LIFE. The bus stopped working half way and we were stuck for two hours on the side of the highway. They did not send a new bus until an hour and a half after we stopped. If I did not ask a stranger who was being picked up, I would probably have to wait for another few hours. So, let's say that it was SO BAD that I preferred hitchhiking.

The bus arrived on time and we arrived at our destination a few minutes early! Driver was very friendly!

It was great . Ansoluyely in time on both directions , bus ima ulste and comfortable , driver excellent and helpful .

The ride itself was good, comfortable, liked that there were plugs available. What I was not happy with was that the bus was over 15 minutes late with no indication or notification sent that it was delayed, which I have received for other coach bus services. The bus tracking option was not available for my bus either, which was very inconvenient.

No toilet paper or hand sanitizer in bathroom. Outlets didn’t work. The bus was unmarked.

Late by an hour to wait for a change of bus driver, bus driver likes to play TikTok videos very loud when waiting, and the bus is not clean at all

This was my second time riding with Red Arrow and both times have been fantastic. The driver and bus attendant, Vanessa, were so kind and welcoming. I also felt safe and super comfortable in my single seat. Loved it!

Bus was on time. Comfortable seats. Complimentary pop, water and snack was a nice surprise. Ample charging outlets. Great experience

I enjoyed the snacks offered and the comfort of the bus. However, the charging station at my seat wasn't working and there was a light on the flood beside me that kept flickering during the whole bus ride.

The driver dropped me off into a location different from the one listed on the ticket in the app, causing me to be late for my appointment.

My bus ticket changed to a van, the vehicle’s seat was uncomfortable and no gap for the legs.

Bus was late and no AC!
