The drivers except one where not helpful , at the interchange in bologna, I ask one of the staff at the office there which bus going to Verona he replied aggressively he doesn’t know. Just crazy

very poor experience, no signs at the bus stop, no messages about the delay. I thought I had missed the bus even though I was at the bus stop 20 minutes prior to departure.
